Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your statutory rights, however we shall not be held liable to you by reason of any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the terms of our contract with you, for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (including loss of profit, costs, expenses or other claims for any damages) foreseeable or otherwise, that may arise as a result of use of our products or any other aspect of our products, practices or service.
In these terms 'the Customer', 'you' and 'your' as appropriate refer to the buyer and 'the Company', 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to the seller Badger Office Supplies Ltd Distribution365. 'Days' refers to working days, being Monday to Friday inclusive, excluding bank holidays, unless otherwise stated.

Order Fulfillment Policy
We shall fulfill your order as soon as possible after confirming or receiving payment. This website is updated regularly to bring you the latest stock availability. Although every effort is made to ensure this information is accurate, stock availability is only as accurate as the last update. In the event that we cannot ship an order within 7 days after receiving payment, you will be notified and will receive a full refund for the unfulfilled order or to have an alternative recommended. Most items can be shipped within 7 days. However, an item can be sold out at any time. In such a case, you will be notified and will have the following options:
- Order an alternative item and pay any extra amount required.
- Receive a partial refund if the alternative item has a different price from the original item ordered.
- Receive a full refund for the unfulfilled order.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Your Right to Cancel
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 allows for a 14 days (14 working days following the day in which the customer placed the order) cooling off period within which you have the right to cancel the order and request a full refund.
If you wish to exercise your right to a full refund, then you must contact our customer services team on 01772 299 037 informing us of your intention to return the goods. All goods must then be posted using "Recorded Delivery" to ensure their safe arrival. All postage costs are your responsibility. All returned goods must be unopened and in resalable condition. Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund you money within 30 days. The only exceptions are for specially ordered items, which cannot be cancelled.
Order Acceptance Policy
You can cancel your order partially or completely anytime and receive a refund. We reserve the right to reject any orders from any customer for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we do not have sufficient stock to fulfill the customer's order (E&OE). We also reserve the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
